Refund policy
We want you to love ALIGNR. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy.
How to return:
- Email us at support@alignr.co within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and the reason for your return (optional)
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
- Drop off the package at any post office
- Your full refund will be processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving the item
Conditions:
- Item must be returned in its original packaging
- Items damaged through misuse are not eligible for return
- Digital products (the 21-Day Program) are non-refundable
